How to install Mail Scheduler in Google


Learn how to use Mail Scheduler Add-ons available for Google Sheet. And send gmail message on a particular time even if you offline.


Many times we need to send an e-mail on an occasion or time. But it's really difficult to remember to send it on time. The problems that can be solve using Mail Scheduler. Microsoft Outlook has a feature to Delay or schedule sending email messages. But Google does not have a delayed or scheduled send function.

There are many third-party tool available that supports Gmail to do that like Boomerang, Right Inbox and SalesHandy. These all are the browser extensions and work only on desktop browsers in which they are installed. So if you install any of above extensions in your laptop browser, you can not be schedule gmail messages from any device other than your laptop.

Mail Scheduler Add-on is available within Google Sheets and is installed inside your Google Account, thus works across all devices.



How to Setup Mail Scheduler

1. Go to here.

2. Click on "+ FREE" Button. 



3. After the add-on is installed, Click on "ContinueButton.

4. Now sellect your Google Account and Allow the add-on to one-time authorization.




5. Go to Add-ons > Mail Scheduler > Run





After click on "Run" the Google SpreadSheet automatically converted into Gmail Scheduler.

6. Rename Google SpreadSheet by clicking at the top left corner "Untitled spreadsheet". Enter New name of sheet "Mail Scheduler".
